Arondei’s real estate development experience spans both the public and private sector and across all aspects of the development lifecycle. Hannah Burdei has a decade and a half of experience grounded in economic development, urban planning, and real estate. During that time, she has worked for the federal government, NYC government, and private sector on all aspects of planning and development. With expertise in complex real estate transactions and public private partnerships, Hannah brings a holistic and creative approach to real estate projects.
Throughout her career, she has worked on industrial, retail, hospitality, and multifamily residential projects, ranging from 80k SF to nearly 600k SF. Hannah’s diverse real estate background began at the NYC Economic Development Corporation where she worked on land dispositions for underutilized city-owned properties. Most recently, Hannah worked at Post Brothers as Managing Director of their utility-scale renewable energy division. Prior to this, Hannah worked on developing mixed use affordable housing at Radson Development. Hannah also managed public land use approvals and secondary programming for Blumenfeld Development Group's commercial and retail portfolio .
Hannah earned a Master in Urban Planning degree from Harvard University and a BA in International Relations and Economics from Wellesley College.

Our team has particular experience in land use approvals. This ranges from 200 units to 1,000 unit residential rezoning and includes industrial and retail buildings. Rezoning, variance, and permitting experience spans regions including New York City and
Long Island.
Our company is well-versed in navigating tax credits and abatements for projects. We skillfully identify and leverage various tax incentives and abatement opportunities, ensuring that our real estate ventures not only succeed but also enjoy the maximum financial advantages available.
